My stay at Shilo Inn and Suites was not what I expected based on my previous experience with this property. The rooms were not ready and were rented out to another group while I was in it, which was quite unsettling. On the bright side, the service was very accommodating and friendly, and the staff took care of any issues promptly. The location was convenient, albeit needing some maintenance for better navigation. The dining experience had its highs and lows, with clean facilities overall.
The hotel room was very spacious but had a strong cigarette smoke smell, even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. The bathroom was under renovation, still with tape around the ceiling, and not very clean.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with its spacious rooms and friendly service. However, there were some issues with the dining experience and cooking ware availability in the kitchenette. The location was fantastic, offering a quiet atmosphere compared to other hotels nearby.
